Opened in 1989, Seawood Village Apartments is well maintained and family oriented community that is smoke-free. Seawood Village is part of the Crime-Free Multi-Housing Program and we offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. All future tenants must pass a background check (general and criminal) as well as a credit check. Private amenities for tenant use are indoor mail rooms, indoor laundry facilities, lap pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room, 2 playgrounds, basketball court, dog park and a free DVD movie library.
