Seawood Village will accept applications on apartments that are coming available.\u00a0\u00a0 Do the following steps to apply:<\/p>\n
1. Contact Seawood Village for availability. Our contact information is on the home page.
2. Print out an application.
3. Fill out the application completely with references, date and signature on page 2.
4. Mail, fax, email, or drop off the application with the $35 (check or money order) application fee to our office. (Applications will not be processed without the application fee.)<\/p>\n
All apartments have a $600.00 deposit and are allowed one pet not to exceed 20 lbs with a $500.00 pet deposit.<\/p>\n
