Establish credit record with paid as agreed report with at least two current\u00a0revolving charge account opened for at least one year.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>2. And\/Or at least one previous acceptable rental reference of 8 months duration or longer indicating that rent was paid on time; no damages to the unit, noise or disturbance problems, pet problems and previous landlord would rent to applicant again. <\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>3. Proof of income sufficient to pay rent and other living expenses. <\/strong>\u00a0<strong> 4<\/strong><strong>.
